Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where VAT is applicable.
If Ren’s Toy Co. becomes VAT registered, applicable VAT will be included in the prices displayed to customers unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.

If you provide an incorrect address and the order is returned to us or requires re-delivery, we may contact you to arrange the appropriate next steps.

9. Products That Become Unavailable
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website up to date.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
If we are unable to fulfil the order, we will cancel the affected item and provide a refund for any amount paid for that item.

You then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us that you wish to cancel.

11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
All products sold by Ren’s Toy Co. are covered by your statutory consumer rights.

12. Sealed Packaging
Some products may be supplied in protective cellophane or other sealed packaging.
If a particular product falls within a legal exception to the statutory cancellation right because it is sealed for health or hygiene reasons, opening the seal may affect your cancellation rights.
Where this applies, we will provide the relevant information before purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
